The thin self-adhesive nipple cover comes in 8 cm and 10 cm. When do you choose which? I'm a 38C myself.

With a 38C, the 10 cm version of the Confaty Cover is probably the better fit. This size gives more coverage and stays in place better, especially with bigger cup sizes.
