Customer M.

Hello, my mum and I ordered 5 bras together – my mum had 2x XXL and I had 3x XL. It turns out we both need a size bigger. I tried on my mum's 2 bras and they fit me well, so now I'd like XXXL for my mum's bras and 1 more bra in XXL for myself. Can I exchange these? Cheers

>> Confaty replied:

Hi there,
You can certainly exchange the bras. You'd like to exchange the 2 bras for your mum to size XXXL and 1 bra for yourself to size XXL. Send your order number to support@confaty.com and we'll help you further.

Customer P.

Is there also a mastectomy (prosthesis) version?

>> Confaty replied:

Hi there! Unfortunately we don't (yet) offer a specific mastectomy bra. For extra comfort and support we recommend our wire-free, stretchy Get Comfy or Alice bra – they're flexible and adapt well. 💕 Need an example or help? Email us at support@confaty.com.

Customer H.

Hi
Can the padding in the cups be removed, or is it fixed?
Cheers

>> Confaty replied:

Hi there,
Thanks for your question! The padding in the cups of our bras is fixed, so it isn't removable.
For more info you can always email us at support@confaty.com.

Customer M.

Is this a mastectomy bra?

>> Confaty replied:

Hi there,
No, this isn't a mastectomy bra – it doesn't have any extra pockets to hold a prosthesis.
Questions? Feel free to email support@confaty.com

Customer W.

Can you try the bras on and then return or exchange them?

>> Confaty replied:

Hello,
Yes, you can try the bras on at home. Just make sure you do this without removing the labels and in a clean, smoke-free environment. If the bra doesn't fit, you can return or exchange it within the returns period.
For returns instructions you can contact us at support@confaty.com.

Customer H.

Can you also order different bras and still get the 3+2?

>> Confaty replied:

Hi there, thanks for your question. The 3+2 offer only applies to the same type of bra, not to different styles. For more info you can email support@confaty.com.

Customer G.

I already have the lace bras in size M (38B).
38B isn't listed for the smooth bra.
Which size would you recommend?

>> Confaty replied:

Hi there, thanks for your question. If you're a 38B in the lace bra, we recommend size L for the smooth bra. This size comes closest according to the size chart. If in doubt, you can always contact us at support@confaty.com.

Customer J.

Does this bra have loose pads? I always find it so annoying when I take my swimsuit with loose pads out of the washing machine and have to make a big effort to get the pads back in place.

>> Confaty replied:

Hi there! The Get Comfy bra doesn't have loose pads :)

Customer N.

Are the sizes shown European or French sizes? Thank you

>> Confaty replied:

Hi there! They're UK sizes.

Customer M.

Can the bras go in the washing machine, or do they lose their shape?

>> Confaty replied:

Hi there! That's absolutely fine! If you want to be sure they stay in good shape after many washes, we recommend using the Confaty Bra Wash Bag :)
